• We aim to stay on schedule so please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

• We recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. We make confirmation calls to help remind you of your appointments.

• Please notify us as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to make your appointment.

Special Considerations

• We request you refrain from any cell phone usage during services. Valuables should not be brought into the salon as Hair Ala Carte can not be held responsible for articles lost or stolen.

• Please let us know if you're running late. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule and be charged accordingly.
